Just talk to Skye, your travel buddy. Tell Skye where and when you want to fly and she pulls up live, bookable fares on screen. Pick one and you book right here in seconds, paying securely by UPI, card, or netbanking via Razorpay. You'll get an on-screen confirmation with your airline reference, plus a confirmation email. Your trips also live under My Bookings.
No. Just talk to Skye the way you would a friend. She listens, finds the cheapest days to fly, shows your options, and books the one you pick. If you'd rather type, you can switch to chat anytime.
Tell Skye where you want to go and roughly when. She looks across the whole year, finds the cheapest days to fly, and suggests a flight for each one. Her picks aren't just the cheapest, she balances price, number of stops, airline quality, and the times you actually want to fly, and she'll tell you why she picked what she did.
Yes. Just tell Skye you want a refundable or flexible ticket and she'll show only refundable fares. Every flight on screen is tagged Refundable or Non-refundable so you always know what you're getting. Refundable fares usually cost a bit more, but make cancelling much easier.
Open the trip under My Bookings and tap 'Get help with this trip'. What you get back depends on the fare's rules. A refundable fare returns the airline's refund (any airline cancellation penalty still applies) to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Non-refundable fares may return little or nothing, and that's set by the airline, not us. Our service fee is non-refundable. We'll always show you the exact refund before anything is confirmed.
Often, yes. It depends on the fare, and each flight shows whether changes are allowed. Open the trip under My Bookings, tap 'Get help with this trip', and tell us the new dates. We handle the change directly with the airline. Any fare difference and airline change penalty will apply, and we'll confirm the total with you first.
We're here for the whole trip, not just the booking. Open the trip under My Bookings and tap 'Get help with this trip', and it reaches our team with your booking details already attached. If the airline changes or cancels your flight, we'll let you know and help you rebook or get refunded. You can also email support@flyskye.ai anytime.
Free lets you talk to Skye with limited daily talk time to find and book flights, and each chat starts fresh (Skye still learns what you like, but won't resume a past conversation). Pro gives you unlimited talk time and a Skye that remembers your trips and preferences, so she picks up right where you left off. Pro also adds smart price alerts, daily deal emails, and priority support. Your first month of Pro is basically free (a token ₹1 / $1), then 50% off at launch.
On Pro, yes. Skye remembers the trips you've talked about and picks up a conversation right where you left off, so you never repeat yourself. On Free, Skye still learns your preferences over time to tailor what she suggests, but conversations don't carry over, so each new chat starts fresh.

Yes. When you book with Skye, payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and we never see or store your full card details. Your booking is made directly with the airline, and you get a real airline reference plus a confirmation email. If anything goes wrong, we handle refunds and changes for you, and you can always reach support@flyskye.ai.
You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Go to Plan and tap 'Manage subscription'. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period, then drops to Free. No questions asked, no hidden fees.
Flight prices move constantly with demand and seat availability. The price Skye shows is accurate when she finds it, but it can shift by the time you book. We recommend grabbing a deal you like quickly.
